Returns Policy
Custom orders are final sale and therefore no returns are accepted.
Please examine your order carefully once it is received as NO EXCHANGES WILL BE HONORED BEYOND 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM.
Exchanges are honored ONLY if the item arrives damaged during shipping or if there is an error made during production, (ie spelling error, incorrect color option). It is the customer's responsibility to contact KiCrafts within 3 days of receipt of your order to notify of any mistakes or damages.
Cancellations
Because KiCrafts provides custom made products, cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order, such as duplicate order, or incorrect item ordered. After 24 hours, it is assumed your order is correct and fulfillment and preparation of your order will begin right away. Orders shipped same day CANNOT be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
If your qualified order is cancelled, you should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days as your bank processes your request.
Shipping
Currently items are shipped via USPS. Options are available for priority and/or express shipping. Rush orders require express shipping fees
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
KiCrafts is not responsible for delays in shipping due to invalid shipping addresses. Please verify that your address is correct before completing your order.
Additional shipping charges will be incurred for any package returned to sender or returned to KiCrafts.
